Television actress Shivangi Verma can’t stop checking out herself in the mirror these days as she does not have the same body anymore. #1. She got inspired by her beau and Masterchef India winner Ripudaman Handa. “Yes he has always been my real inspiration. I know him from the time he was 110 kgs. With lot of hard work he reduced his weight which inspired me a lot. I followed his routine in terms of meals and made sure that losing weight should be the priority. Hence he made it possible,” says the actress.



#2. Diet has been a key to weight loss in her case too. Talking about her daily diet Shivangi says , "I have a proper routine to follow 6 days a week but the 7th day is a cheat day because I am a foodie and I can't just leave eating junk food. I eat a lot but the 6 days I eat only diet food.



#3. Shilpa’s yoga is another way embraced by Shivangi. “She is also someone who has been an inspiration for many people. And she used to give her valuable tips during Nach Baliye 6. I am also following her yoga plan,” shares the actress.




#4. Her work itself has been a motivation. “It's been close to 3 months and I have lost 8 kilos. Following diet never gives me any problem because the industry I belong to is a professional one and they are all conscious about their diets so I get inspired from them also,” says Shivangi as a matter of fact.
